Sarges' Smokehouse BBQ was founded in June of 2013 by Ken and Brian, with Chris joining the team soon after, long-time friends who served together at MacDill AFB. All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas.
