Sarges' Smokehouse BBQ was founded in June of 2013 by Ken and Brian, with Chris joining the team soon after, long-time friends who served together at MacDill AFB. All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas. The food is always on point. Great ribs, pulled pork, brisket, "the wicked beans" and especially the variety of sauces are just finger lickin' good. I thank my apartment complex for having Food Truck Wednesdays so we can experience such great food like Sarge's BBQ. The food makes you do the "Happy Dance".

Had the brisket breakfat burrito at the High Roller's Car Show at Gator Ford. Amazing and kept sending people to their truck. Great guys with great food!
