All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas. Best BBQ in the bay!!!! pulled pork is awesome and their baked beans are the perfect combination of sweet and savory. staff is always friendly and consistent quality every tkme!!!
Awesome brisket!!! Best flavors, I take my leftovers home (yes, I way over order to ensure leftovers) and warm them up in a frying pan with eggs... out of this world!!!
Absolutely hands down some of the best BBQ I’ve had. The ribs were amazing!!! Super meaty and priced competitively. The beans were really good and enjoyed the twist of the pineapple. 5 stars all the way. So glad I chose to eat from their truck last Thursday from the Lakeland Food Truck Rally.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We hired them for our wedding and had the best experience. My husband and I live in NY and my family lives in Florida where we got married, my dad knew about them and went down there to talk about options and then we so nice and gave him a bunch of samples to try. They have different catering options for events, they can bring their food truck out if you like! I can't say enough great things about Sarge's BBQ. I hired them to bring the food truck to our home for a 50 person Birthday party, which they agreed to do the evening after serving at the Air Fest all day. The guys were very accommodating and maintained constant communication. The BBQ was amazing and the guests at my party raved on and on about the food. Will most definitely use these guys again. Highly recommended.
