Sarges' Smokehouse BBQ was founded in June of 2013 by Ken and Brian, with Chris joining the team soon after, long-time friends who served together at MacDill AFB. All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas. Ribs were super tender and meaty. The bbq sauce was really good. Hubby got the pulled pork sandwich and it was a meal in itself! Looking forward to having this again.

I just got pulled pork and ribs from the food truck. It was the best bbq I've ever had!!! Please come back to Panther Trace! I'm officially hooked! The rub on the ribs is incredible! And the sweet sauce on the pulled pork was amazing. You definitely have a customer for life!
Their pork and brisket are amazing. The mac and cheese is fantastic. Love the All American boat.
The wings are unique! The sauces have a good kick!
I already wrote a yelp review but they are so great here that I had to find another way to let people know- the food is excellent and the customer service is incredible. Shoutout to Chris for making my second time back great. I’d come back here for the service alone, the great food is just an addition.

brisket is tender, flavorful and smoked just right! macaroni and cheese is awesome! baked beans is so different, and great! we are looking forward to eating with the Sarge again soon!
