Sarges' Smokehouse BBQ was founded in June of 2013 by Ken and Brian, with Chris joining the team soon after, long-time friends who served together at MacDill AFB. All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas. Great food, amazing value! My fiance and I ordered the platter while drinking over at Cigar City and within a few minutes, my fiance followed Sarge's on Facebook so he never misses them if they're in our area. You cannot beat $15 for all the food we received and their mac and cheese is one of the best I've had in a long time.

this place proved that I haven't had Real BBQ in a long time. everything I ordered was great.. the baked beans are out of this world. most definitely recommended!
