Sarges' Smokehouse BBQ was founded in June of 2013 by Ken and Brian, with Chris joining the team soon after, long-time friends who served together at MacDill AFB. All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas. Not only is the pulled pork excellent, the sides were outstanding. Baked beans had to 3 beans & plenty of pork chunks. Mac & cheese was homemade and cheesy good. Several BBQ sauce choices were very good. I'll definitely be back.
