Good afternoon, god bless. I need help i called santander bank its when i have mi car loan too let them know that theres a situation wold wide and i cant make the payment and they reported that they will still charge me interest fee and i dont agree, i think they are been abusive and not taking in consideration my current situacion. I hope you can do something about it and santion this bank! Please contact me for any extra information needed, have a nice weekend.
Horrible horrible horrible bank! Every person in the fraud department is extremely rude. The branch both downtown and on blue hill avenue have awful employees that need to be retrained or fired. Any Issues you may have take weeks & weeks on end to resolve. The lack of communication is ridiculous. No one knows what’s going on with anything. Supervisors do not want to get on the phone to help resolve anything. My company will never bank with Santander ever again.
Called in to pay off an auto loan, the employee and the employees manager was extremely rude. They thought they had me on hold once and I wasn't. They ended up not allowing me to pay off my loan, instead told me that I would need to make three different payments over the course of the next couple of days. When, the night prior, they were going to let us pay it off in full, but they payment was too much, which I then called my bank to request to allow the large payment happen.
Terrible company - would never give them business again. Don't get loans from them as they dont practice good customer serice and nickel and dime you for everything. There are plenty of better financial institutions out there that apprecite their customers. Avoid at all costs!
I have had my account set up that if the money is not in there the payments will not go through. This is the 3rd time now that in a matter of 2 weeks I have accrued 630 in charges at Santander and all they keep telling me is it is due to Regulation e. When I research regulation E it is set up to protect us from these idiots. Can not wait to get rid of this awful bank
Terrible Bank, opened an account online. I called to ask some questions about my account, the representative said they can not verify me and I needed to go to the branch. This is ridiculous!
TERRIBLE BANK I WAS ON AUTO PAY FOR 48 months with them and they didn’t take the 48th payment out of my account and sent me as bad credit I never had a late payment in 33 years of credit I had a 825 credit rating until I took out a loan with them and because of a computer problem of not taking out the last payment my credit went down to 710 because of them I SPOKE WITH ANDREW A***** AT EXECUTIVE BRANCH AND SAID HE CANT FIX IT BECAUSE THE PAYMENT WAS 36 days late by the time they notified me.so they took the last auto pay out... read more
There is something seriously wrong with this bank! I noticed that $281 was withdrawn from my savings account by a place called *********. I never used my savings account for any transactions and immediately reported that it was fraud. I spent hours freezing the account, the money was returned and I opened a new account. That would’ve been fine and I understand that sometimes there’s fraud...however two business days later $61 was fraudulently taken from my new account! This is the worst bank ever. I got an auto loan and have let it go due to engine failure and not being able to pair for all the repairs and so I called to ask about a settlement price and she was extremely rude and said even if you pay us we will refuse to take it off your credit and no lawyer can make us, like a child and said have a good day now.
