Undoubtedly the worst customer friendly business I have ever dealt with.Attempting to payoff the balance of my daughters car loan due to her death. Called customer service and was told I would need a copy of a death certificate. Why? Im paying off the loan. Why should that factor in. Why make it anymore difficult? Accessed her account and was able to find a balance due. Went to the payment option to pay the balance, but no, could only pay an amount less than $3000. This company sucks!! I had a brand new vehicle with them and then my vehicle was totaled I had gap insurance and everything to cover it my insurance the accident wasnt my fault my insurance paid off the vehicle gap insurance paid that little bit of a different and they tried to say throughout the process that it was like ********************************************************************** that there was a problem there to see if I could pay that last remaining $900 they put it on my credit as a write off /repo they never n... read more

I have a car loan with Santander and have had nothing but problems for three years. I made an online payment and when I submitted, I got a message saying it had not gone through, I tried it again and got the same message. When I tried the third time, I got a message saying I couldnt make anymore payments that day. I tried calling the company but it was a Sunday and they werent open. Their claim they care about and will help people effected by COVID is less than truthful. My husband has been in the hospital since March 17 just days after we bought our current vehicle. Despite the situation I made the required payments. However as the hospital bills have started to come in I contacted customer service and was told that since the car was new I would not qualify for help other than paying 90% of the payment each month. HORRIBLE BANK!!! I was involved in a phishing scam and they won't help me at all! The gentleman offered me $50 and said he cannot do anything to help me. They are a horrible business and don't care about customers only about there money!!!

Predatory ******. They finance ********** families, charging insane amounts of interest, knowing and expecting full well that the loan will default and never be paid off.Theyve already been ruled against in a multi million dollar chase action lawsuit, ending in 2019. Theyre back at it again. I wish the Government would shut them down, or at least start another lawsuit-that would hit them where it hurts-their wallet.

**** put my account in fraud department because they said I deposited too many large checks. One was a stimulous payment and the other a insurance payment. I was unable to use my money for a week. Had someone steel my account and they did not back me up, I could hear 2 managers talking and laughing about me because they didn't realize that they hadn't pressed the hold button. They lock me out of my account daily, stating it's because I used an ATM they don't recognize. This bank is a scam. The fees they charge are outrageous... read more

I have gotten locked out of my account on line from ****************** for no reason and the only way to get a one time passcode to get back in is through texting. They don't have any other options such as an email code or a voice code. I don't text so i need to call them whenever i want to get into my online account, so they can get me in using public records.
