Talked to a customer service representative and I told them my situation about my workers comp and my father passing away and he was the co signer on the car loan. They told me to send in the death certificate and my papers for my workers comp and the would help me with my payments for being behind on my payments. I sent in the documents they requested and called back the next day. I told to the representative and they said they could not help me and if I didnt make a payment they would come and take the vehicle.

I left my credit card in the *** of Santander's Exton branch. When I came back to get it they said they had the card but would not be returning it to me. I had two forms of ID and was a customer of ********************. I asked why and they said bank policy. They told me they would be shredding my credit card. I closed my accounts. How's that for customer service?

Santander Bank is an absolute disgrace and should not be banking institution. They are not professional in banking, customer service or products that are offered. I do not recommend that anyone do business with this organization.

This company will steal your money and no one cares. They will steal from you and have no care for their customers. I would tell all consumers to run from this bank!

I have been with this bank for more then 10 years since they were sovereign bank and Im now moving to USAA (Disabled vet) because they have refused to send me a debit card Then blamed ***** after I called multiple times to complain in 4 months! I havent had a debit card in 4 months and I have no plans to continue working with this bank following the discussion with their management Im currently having to which they gave me a hard time. Barely speak English. I'm 100% sure they are reading a script all of them keep saying was sorry for your hardships, but we can't help you.

Avoid this bank like a plague . I have been a customer of ******************** since 2014 and have never had problems until recently. The ***** ,********** branch manager had been calling me obsessively and apparently accessing my bank information without my consent . around the same time my bank information had been breached and unauthorized charges were made .,When i tried to file a dispute the bank representative claimed they weren't sure if i'd receive my money back ( as per FDIC this is illegal for a bank to deny claims... read more

Bought a used car from ******* Auto in ********* ** in 2014. The car was a 2011, great shape; had only ****** miles on it We dickered on payment; highest I could pay was $386. month. The loan to sign said $425.00. Told bank would not go lower. My loan was for $17,449.00. It has been 6 years; sometimes I deferred a payment through the years, but not many. This company is a rip off they are terrible and they will steal your money. I never made one late payment and I decided to refinance and they continued to take money out of my account and are now giving me the run around to get my money back. Do not use them they are no good and will steal your money either through taking it out of your account or through the interest. Please if you can't get a better company to finance you then WAIT....
