****************** Consumers is the worst place to get financed when it comes to getting a car and trying to get back on your feet, especially through a pandemic. Our daughter is a disabled autistic 13 year old and I received a call during a crisis and the representative just flat out stated, "he did not care what situation I was in, I just need you to make a payment!", and then hung up on me! Had my car totaled thanks to a reckless driver. ****************** never cashed the check mailed to them and continued to post past due payments to the account so my credit would tank. They didn't "find" the check until I called and complained. The person on the other end of the phone was so condescending, smacked her lips at me rudely, and talked down to me like I should know everything about their **** sham of a business and how it functions. Try some honesty!

I have had the same experiences with this place, last june my payoff balance was $12900 I missed a few payments due to Covid-19 layoff, it's now $16500. Crazy right! I have contacted my AG and the ****. There is reasons why they have been in so many class action lawsuits. They just lost one involving 34 states. I have paid more than $15,000 on a $19100 loan, this is illegal and this is wrong. My son had a loan and was late on some payments in 2020 (the year of Covid). He caught up all payments in that year. He woke up yesterday morning 4/19/21 to find that his car was gone. He made a payment in March, but missed February. He was told that he had to pay about $2,000 to get his loan reinstated. This company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. I purchased a vehicle in early 2019 and they were the finance company. Long story short, i was making payments to them time after time but the balance would not drop as much. and then the remaining balance would go back up. insane. now during the pandemic, they reported me as having late payments and charged my account off. i reported them to the cfpd as well. stay away from them

This business is a scam! I had explained to them that I had a ************* titles which I explained less pay. When asked why the change I did not feel the need to explain as to why and stated that it just had to happen. They stated that they needed the complete reason as to why so they could see if it was an acceptable reason. This is not ok, I then made a payment on March 11th, it is now March 22nd and you are just now trying to take the money out of my account. This is a bank that says I make fancy advertising that we care... so please put your money here. Ohh we forgot to tell you it's really hard to get your money out and we do not care about you either. I received an *** card, I set my usual *** for all my accounts. Went to the bank after 3 months to get some money, it told me it had many uses and then locked me out. I went into the ************** branch on ********** and ****** in ****** at 20 minutes before closing. There was one customer finishing up his transaction. No other customers were in the bank. I asked if I could open up an account, a girl came out and said she was going home and I had to make an appointment. I said there are no customers so why do I have to make an appointment? The worst bank to deal with I have been trying to get a lien release for 6 months and all I get is the run around transfer me to this call this number . So if they offer them as a lien holder for anything you should say no. The worst I mean cant get any worse they want you to pay 25$ for a lien release through a web site when they didnt do there job to begin with. Its a money racket. I cant give it rating one star is to much but I had to put it in to post the review
