This review is for the manager at the Concord CA club. This was my second time returning something and each time, they take forever to assist with a return. They should have more people at ****** *******. This manager was taking up two register to help two guests who were together when she should of used one register! Not once did SHE apologize nor say "We'll be right with you". Also one of the employee there is so slow and always strikes up a conversation for the longest to avoid the next customer. Sams club is not worth being a Plus Member, items cost more if you ship them, even though they say free shipping, no more early hours for plus members, for 100 dollars cost not worth it

For the last 2-3 months, everytime I get gas at Sam's Club I always stop the pump on a even dollar amount. By the time I return the handle to the pump, my final sale changes by $0.01 more. I did a chat with customer service and they said i needed to call the store and report it. No, that's not my job, that it yours!. Now I ask you how many customers have they done this to? Also, it didnt matter what pump i used, it happened on each of them I did use!

I frequently shop at sams club and I visited the store to buy some water. I paid with my EBT and I was charged CRV. Please help as with other stores like food for less I don't pay CRV with my EBT card. Please help and advise. Thank you. ***** Hernández

We purchased a pergola in April, 2021, at Sam's Club in Albuquerque and we paid for pickup, delivery and setup. That all went fine. Six weeks later the pergola began to crack and peal. Sam's club happily agreed to refund the purchase price. But then we had to deal with the pickup, delivery and setup company, which was a major struggle. SAMS CLUB PHOTO IS A JOKE! NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHY THE STORE CAN'T HELP YOU WITH REFUNDS. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW IF THERE IS A PHONE NUMBER TO THIS DEPT. IS THIS REAL OR JUST A FACADE FOR SAM'S CLUB! I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THE PHOTO DEPT AGAIN!!! THEY ARE PHONEY!

This is a review of Sam's Clubs shipping service, not Sam's Club as a whole. I am so very, very disappointed with Sam's club shipping. The whole reason I upgraded my membership to Plus was to take advantage of the free shipping. I am disabled so it is difficult for me to get out and around. I thought having my items shipped, would be the solution. I have had 3 shipping orders since I upgraded and 2 of them failed horribly. I placed an online order 7/19 and the order placed stated pick up would be 7/19. I called 7/19 all day before driving 45 min away to make sure they were ready. I had to get a manager on the phone to get the status. I was told by ***** that they were not in and he would call me by 10am 7/20. Well I have been calling since Tues to get the status. Two main things that I dislike about Sam's club. The first is that they accuse you of stealing ever time you walk out the door. Every other retail establishment in the country generally trusts their customers. Sam's does not. The other thing is the membership renewal. If you renew early, which they are constantly trying to get you to do, you lose the remaining portion of that one year membership. Over several years, you would theoretically pay for an extra year that you didn't need to pay.
