If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two party trays a week in advance. The morning of pickup I was called 20 minutes before my pickup to be informed that they did not have the items needed to make my tray. I then informed the young lady on the phone that I needed the trays for a birthday party and the ordered needed to be replaced with an available tray. I went to the optical center to have my glasses repaired, that they had given to me crooked. I also wanted to order my contacts. I stood at the counter for 20 mins., I was 10 ft. from the worker. She never once acknowledged my existence. The woman she was with looked back at me twice. I felt intentionally ignored. I was told I could use my EBT card online and upon joining I could not. If I used my EBT card it had to be in the store. I explained to the customer service rep that there was no longer any Sam's Clubs in my state, this is why I was asking to verify I could purchase online with my card, I joined and found out I could not use my EBT card and thought it might still be worth it. Drove 20 miles to Sam's this morning. I am a senior. Was told only for plus members. I said, "I am a senior, early shopping." They said, "only for plus members Sat. morning." I said, you mean I can't come in". They said, " only if I buy a plus membership." They made me buy or leave. They were curt, forceful. Gave impression that "we are Sam's". I hope I never go back. Local Kroger's treats us as customers with care, like they are glad we came in.!!!

Do not order tires from them. Honestly don't even shop here. I tried a week now to get ahold of someone to get an update on tires that I ordered and paid for. After getting an estimate time of 3-5 days now I'm being told a month or more. Whenever you try to get someone from management they are unreachable. Even their corporate office cannot get an answer from management or anyone at the store.

I ordered Adirondack chairs. One arrived damaged. Customer ******* couldn't replace the defective part but said they'd replace the entire chair. BUT they were out of stock and they had "zero idea" if they'd be restocked. SO....had to return both chairs. The first chair had been assembled and the damage on the second one wasn't noticed until the final step of assembly. Sam's wanted me to return them "in the original boxes". Stuck in the 50's with policies. We have been members since the mid 90's. Recently, I went in to renew our membership. I was denied the ability to change the membership type, however, they were willing to take my money if I left the membership type the same. I was told that I was not the owner on the account and that my HUSBAND needed to come in. HUH? On December 4, 2020, I was double charged at Sam's Club. My credit card company fought the second charge, but Sam's Club kept insisting the second "charge", a carbon copy of the first, place just a minute after the first one, was valid, until eventually, my credit card company had to close the case. I cannot believe the unethical procedures of this store and this company...I will be cancelling my membership this week.

This is an awful store. The last straw was Christmas 2020. I was there to buy a few items, went through the self checkout, and the screen froze up on me when put my credit card in. I could not get it unlocked and there was no employee around to help. So I went to a different station and checked out fine there. Come to find out i got charged twice.
