You would think that a company this big would try to do something about their poor customer *******, but let's face it; it might cost your investors a penny or two. The credit card is useless. You have to wait 10 days after you pay your bill before you have your available credit limit . The Bank they use is the most unfriendly people you ever want to talk to. They can not resolve any issue. They say they"don't" have that information and they won't give you to someone that will.

I had a horrible experience with the self-scan app and the management at my beloved Loveland, Colorado Club. This club has been my primary place to shop for 21 years. I know many employees by name and always receive excellent service from the line staff. After yesterday, I am not sure I will ever go back there again. I have two cards in the self-scan app, and when I switched from one to the other it confused the app and I couldn't swipe to pay. Ok so I selected the online car buying program from Sams club. It said that the full purchase would be contactless which was great for taking care of it during my busy schedule. The first thing I received was a bunch of emails from VROOM to call them for more details. I can do this at a local dealership but when I went to go file the complaint on false advertising the VROOM business had an F rating on BBB and had the license pulled in Janurary of '21. Never, ever order large items online!! I am a second generation Sam's Club member and I have had nothing but horrible experiences ordering furniture online from Sam's. The first time we ordered a couch we took time off three different times waiting for the scheduled delivery and it never did show up - we had to cancel the order. i have had a credit card with Sam's club for 2 years...NEVER once used it...was for emergencies only.
