August 5, 2021, I applied for an annual 'membership plus card' (after a five-year membership lapse) at the Sam's Club on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC. All my personal information was obtained at the customer service desk and was entered into the computer. Afterwards, I paid the respective fees. On August 8, 2021, SOMEONE used my personal information (without my authorization) and submitted me for a Sam's Club "Credit Card". The process has begun to reverse the inquiry with Transunion after determining the application was invalid. We will also follow up for completion. We tried to enter to buy some alcohol and even called beforehand to make sure that non members could enter and purchase alcohol and we were informed that we could. When we were at the door the lady rudely said no and that all items bought at Sam's could only be purchased by card holders. We asked her to ask her manager and she denied us stating that we could come in and that Sam's doesn't do that. I received an email from Sam club are saying about $50 e-gift card reward on July XX XXXX. $20 for online order, $20 for pick up and $10 for scan and go. I even confirmed with Sam club online agent and their Instagram before process and place my order on Samclub.com. Both of them even told me don't worry, I will receive my $50 e-gift for sure after 3 weeks. But now, it's already been 4 weeks I only received $30 and I still missing the $20 that Sam club Promised me from the email, online agent and their Instagram! This is abs... read more

Well my husband had a bad Experience at Sam's Club. He called the office and talk to a manager that was very kind and sweet and polite and the the problem was resolved so we are both happy

I requested that my cars be cancelled and refunded the same day I bought it (you can't see what they have without signing up). I asked by phone,through the website,and through PM back and forth. Still not refunded and now they had someone call me asking for my info over the phone to cancel. **** Just give me my money back.

The Tire and Battery Center is extremely poorly managed. The employees are very unprofessional. They treat customers with disrespect. They think that they are doing you a favor by just talking to you. My experience with them has been terrible. The manager and technicians often chat and joke with each other for long periods of time while ignoring customers are waiting for service. These managers need to be fired and a new team is hired. BAIT SWITCH. found product online to buy, signed up membership, applied for credit, went to website to make purchase, item was put in the cart... and when I went to check out, ITEM WAS REMOVED FROM CART BECAUSE IT'S OUT OF STOCK... DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, BAIT/SWITCH.... Call it what you want, but I feel this is a tactic to get you to join and then NOT have products available that they advertise on their website. I purchased a sofa with a 5 year Protection and Delivery plan at Sam's Club. Square Trade ( "an All state company" ) was scheduled to deliver on the second day after purchase. They failed to keep the appointment. I called three times during that week. Three deliveries were scheduled and all three times they did not show. After ten days I was told that Square Trade would not honor their service. I have always had good service at Sam's, but I do not recommend their Protection and Delivery. About two months ago I purchased a couch from samsclub.com, the couch was to be delivered to my home on 07/02/2021. The couch never arrived so on 07/03, I called and cancelled the order because I wanted to have the couch for 4th of July and when I spoke to the representative on 07/03 he said they didn't know where the couch was. On July 5th my credit card was charged for the couch that was never delivered till this day.
