I bought a office chair that I paid $190 from Sams Club Online. They sent a used chair, and I requested return. They picked up. And 2 weeks later, the chair returned to me again because of the bad barcode. I spent two hours two explain the situation and telling my frustration to the customer center. They are wasting my time and they still do not refund my money back!!! I am very disappointed how customer service handled my problem... No one answers the customer service line at the Arvada, CO location and the place looks like it's always been picked through. I have tried at least 5 times and the phone just rings and rings. What a joke. I will NOT be renewing my membership and go back to Costco where their service is amazing.

I bought Members Mark Baby Wipes from Sams Club, used it to clean my son and he got an allergic reaction to whatever ingredients they used. I bought it because it says purified filtered water. My son's private part got inflammed and swollen after I wipe him with their product. I went to the store and showed their office manager the photo. I was given $10 for the inconvenience that my son's health and safety was put to risk as a result of using their product. About two years ago my wife and I joined Sam's Club, after her mom being a member for over 25 years. At the end of our first year our secondary payment card was charged for renewal without warning. I just figured that was most likely my fault, and that I didn't read the fine print correctly. Don't purchase phones at kiosk at Sam's Club on Fry Rd. in Katy,TX. Sams Club allows this 3rd party Smart Circle Retail to sell At&T, Verizon ect. cell phones. It's all a scam they say cause were members we get special rates all lies and you have to pay the taxes to these phones. I paid $189.75 in July 2021 but as soon as I found out it was a scam ,Sent phones back for refund. To this day they will not refund me. Sam's Club's credit card payment system double collected a payment in full. They took an extra $660 and would not reverse the extra payment. They kept the credit on the card and refused to return my money even though I had a Zero balance for 2 weeks. Wouldn't give any type of compensation for their mistake. They didn't care if I needed the money to pay other bills. Very unprofessional! Gaining interest on other peoples money!

Warning on Cancelling Synchrony Credit Card. 1. Sam's Club Synchrony Credit Card billed me for a Sam's Club membership after I turned off auto renew on the Sam's Club member site. Synchrony told me the auto renew was turned on at the Synchrony site. How can a credit card legally bill me for a service that was not started from the provider? 🚫🚫🚫Do not sign up for AT&T service at Sams Club. They promise you free installation and a $250 gift card and you get neither. When you try to reach a manager in person regarding this, they tell you what you wanna hear to get you out of their face. Don't even try to call and leave a message for management because they won't call back. They're pretty much okay with the fact that they have reps in the store that lie to their members to get you to sign up for their service.
