I have been a member with Sam's Club since 12/15/21 and I can not stress enough what a miserable experience it has been . I'm a corporate Sales Training Manager for the #1 outdoor remodeling company in the nation and over seem the training for all of their work force. I placed an order for a $800 desk on 12/15 with the delivery date being Thursday 12/30. Sams club ripped me off $100 and has the rudest club manager at the location in Addison. I ordered water, detergent, and pet supplies. I spent $101.35 and set up for delivery. Sams club stated they delivered to an apartment with a red door. I called customer service and reported I didn't receive my order. They argued with me and said they had delivered it to an apartment but when I asked the name of the apartments they delivered it, they couldn't tell me. There so no way of cancelling membership online. They don't send you an email to remind you that they are going to renew your membership. The website says you can call and cancel membership or go to a club in person. But even if you call to cancel, you still have to go in person to get your refund or wait 8 weeks for a check in the mail.

Customers service lied about my order status. Said it was returned to supplier when in fact it's sitting in a trucking container in Ft Worth

I spend alot of money at sams. Have had a business account for almost 20 years...customer service in concord new hampshire just treated me like a criminal. Im absolutely floored!!! I will be canceling all my business with sams and walmart. For ever. Btw canceling my business credit card with them as well.

Shoddy practice! Warehouse had opened box of Member's Mark green beans and replaced ALL 12 cans with dented ones before shipping them out! One of the cans was even leaking!! I returned them and Sam's customer representative tried to blame shipping company! I showed her the pristine shipping box! Read multiple complaints from different consumers. This practise has been repeated! Also note "free"shipping to Plus members! The "ship to home" price is 5 to 10% more expensive than price you pay in store. Eg. Ziplock bags, parchmen... read more

I made online order for Kids craft outdoor set and supposedly have to be received on 12/06/21 and I don't received, wait a couple day to call Sam's Club costumer service and they toldme i have to contact the carrier, I called them and they said the item was returned to Kids craft on Dallas,until now nobody helps to solve this problem, finally today 12/29/21 some one help me just to receive my money back but I have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get in my account, i think this is not fear because they had my money for more t... read more

My mother and I have been a member of Sam's for YEARS and I have NEVER received such poor and incompetent behaviors from Sam's employees before in my life! I ordered several items before Christmas online to be delivered.
