If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. Our non-profit company has used their membership for years and once COVID hit, we didn't have a use for them since the majority of items purchased, were for office meetings. I changed the settings on my profile AND spoke with someone at their membership office, to confirm that we didn't want to renew our membership with them, for this year. Horrible customer service on all levels. I've been lied to so many times it's not even funny. It's pointless to call the local store or call Sams Club 888 # or chat online with a rep. ALL of them WILL LIE TO YOU! I called at least 6 times and talked with chat reps 3 times and never received a full refund for their mistake. I question the integrity of their business practices. I have been a Sam's club remember for a few years now. I have one big issue with the Free shipping for Plus Member's. You Look online and see a item you want and it shows Member's Mark Heavy Duty Food Service Foil (500 ft.) "From $37.68 And when you go to check out And now it shows $38.68. So for shipping that shows Free for Plus Members is now a higher Price like is that the way to do Business? That is not the only item they do it with.

I will never use Sams Club again. They helped them self’s the my bank account for $180. Membership was canceled and continue to get the runaround to get my money back. waited there 10 days and no payment. Called again today and got the runaround again. Please don’t support them!!

I ordered 3 Disney e-gift cards totaling $600. They never came after waiting a week. Been dealing with customer service who promised someone from the “back office” will contact me. Did have someone email me only to never hear from said person again after responding. I have been calling everyday only to be told that someone will contact me anywhere from 24-72 hours..it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still in the same spot. I have been with sams for over 8 years and this type of “customer service” is ridiculous.

Beware of Sams Club online, they tried to auto renew my membership without authorization. My credit card company declined the charge and I spent all morning trying to get it resolved.. After speaking to several people in a foreign call center, I finally got the auto renew turned off, even though their own website showed the auto renew was not turned on. I am very disappointed in the shady business practices. Sam Walton would be ashamed of this.

I ordered a Samsung HDTV around may 13,2022 from Sam's . The sale ended around the 15th of june may. I was still looking at there Samsung HDTV at Sam's and after the sale ended in the 15th. It went down to a lower price of $200.00 less than the original price from the original sale at Sam's in Memphis,Tn. I called them up.about that and they did reduce it. It was confirmed and discussed by/with several managers that my personal and highly confidential property was stolen inside the club. The suspect is an employee who has taken an item of mine before a couple years ago but returned when questioned. The manager of the store Was given a Subpoena for the video footage and record. This has all been ignored, violating several Ohio revised codes and Legeslative Law. Too further the insult, upon servicing legal papers, she said that she was going to send a no trespass letter. Sams Gazebo and recommended installer - We purchased a gazebo from Sam's Club store in Cincinnati, OH XXXXX on 2/21/2022. on 5/5/2022 was to have been installed by Go Configure (the company posted at the Sam's store to call for installation). The install was cancelled stating that Go Configure was completing another job. Since 5/5/2022 we have been calling Sam's and Go Configure every day except for Sat and Sun trying to get an install date with no resolution from Sam's or Go Configure.
