I have placed 7 orders of Extra Heavy Mayonnaise from Sams Club online. Three out of seven orders have damaged containers. The last order I received was severely damaged due to poor packaging. No padding material was found inside the shipping cartoon. I have spoken with Sams club customer service three times. I haven't seen any improvement in their packaging so far. I will not order anything from Sams Club again.

Reviewing my bank account, I noticed a pending auto transaction from Sam’s club. When I went to the store to find what it was for, the customer service rep. told me it was for my auto membership renewal. Hello, I have been with Sam’s club for 20 yrs and never had auto pay. The fact is, the 50.00 renewal fee is not the problem; the problem is Sam’s assumes it’s ok to deduct my bank account without prior notification and authorization. So just for assuming, I canceled my membership. If I can’t trust you; I won’t.

Hi All This is about Sam' Club. My order for a Samsung over the range microwave was placed on 05/20/2022. This order includes delivery and installation of this 2.1 cu ft microwave. After N number of phone calls to Sam's club/Samsung customer service, the microwave was delivered today 07/20/2022 (61 days). But it is not installed. Samsung customer support says someone will call within 72 hours to schedule an installation appointment. Sam's club says 'it is just delivered. It takes time to install'. i placed an order for curbside. the app changed my location. so the order ended up at a different store. i was given the run around as to how i can get my refund. they keep trying to give me egift cards and telling me i would have to go into the store for a refund. i dont live anywhere near the store. i have also noticed that since i have been calling trying to get this issue resolved there were changes made to the canceled order. from $40 to $15. i have the original email from the order as well as the $40 transaction on my ... read more

I see why the reviews is 1 stars out of 5. I have an ongoing case since last year. Now I'm waiting on my refund. The refund need to go to another account since my other is closed. I received an email from Sams and responded to it. I sent the information needed, which was a letter from the bank and my new card info. My case number is * * * * * * * * * * * *. They took my $45.00 then provided me with a worthless membership number. They won't honor the membership and they won't refund my money. Textbook scam. I purchased a membership from Sams Club. They accepted the $45.00 and sent me a membership number. The very next day I tried to use the membership and learned that the membership number was worthless. I specifically opted out/unchecked auto renewal of membership. However, they still charged my credit card and renewed the membership. I called right away and they said they will cancel my membership but have to send to another department for a refund. It’s been over 4 weeks and no call from that department. Every time I call, they keep saying they have marked it urgent and are working on the refund. They charged my credit within a second but apparently They can’t refund it back to the card right away. I joined membership end of February with a coupon which is supposed to give me back the membership by an eGift. A month later when still no eGift, I went to talk the local store manager. I was asked to wait another 4 weeks. Went back again after 4 weeks. I was asked to call the infamous 800 number. I called the number and a gentleman told me I will get my money soon. Based on some other’s complaints it appears this practice is common with Sam’s Club and by Florida Law it is boarder line if not legal practice. Under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, consumers must provide consent before their credit or debit card can be charged. Any charges made without permission are considered “unauthorized” and consumers can dispute the charge.
