Sam's club ***** at the customer service they provide. I'm not going to be coming in anytime soon to buy groceries or anything of that nature because of the amount of times you send me the same email within a 24-48 hour window. Honestly the only places I shop at is shoprite Safeway and BJ'S. Please file this complaint report and let Sam's know that I won't be in

Bought a Gorilla playset, listed as free delivery. Sams club sourced out the delivery to a company called TForce Freight who refused to bring it to our house because the driver is incompetent and can't reverse the truck he's licensed and paid to drive. No one contacted me as promised, I had to track down our item through multiple places as no one could tell me where it was or what to do besides cancel the order. This company will give your credit card an increase to 8,000 then cancel your card and not tell you in advance. You'll go to use your card and be declined. When you call customer service they tell you that you'll get a letter in 7-10 business days as to why. Not customer friendly and very degrading.

I do not have a membership with Sam's Club, never have and never will. They "somehow" got my credit card information and charged a membership fee. I called them to reverse it and have my card taken out of their system. THEY REFUSED! It doesn't matter if you are a member or not, this scam company will steal from you. I will be contacting the police department where they are located and reporting the theft.

I would give 0 stars if it was a choice. Seriously, I just wanted to buy some tires. I have been a member since 2008. I have ordered multiple sets of tires over the phone and online. However this time they did not show up online so I called to do it. Not only was I hung up on multiple times, yelled at by a csr for continuing to call each time I was hung up on, and then transferred multiple times, but I also spoke with the rudest man ever saying I had to come in store to order tires. I purchased a set of tires and had them installed. When I got in my car, I discovered that the mechanic had torn the leather on my steering wheel. I filed a report with the store manager. Since the damage was over $1200, they had to submit it to the corporate office. It's been a month now and they won't even return my phone calls or emails. WOW TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude. Went in on Tuesday 03/15 around 10am. The "supervisor" was plain rude and didn't seem to really about helping me along with whoever was working member services at that time. Now the lady at the door around that time was SO sweet and the most helpful person in the store. Will not return.

The most absolute worst service with the tire department. I've literally have been calling for days straight. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they pick up the phone to stop the ringing and will hang up in your face. So disrespectful. Lynchburg Va

Sams club of in Oklahoma City has the rudest management team I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. I am not one to file complaints or be a Karen. The attitude I witnessed was so bad I had to file this complaint. I will never ever shop at another Sams club or Walmart because of the atrocious behavior, extremely unprofessional.
