I was promised a refund on 4/12/2022 for a defective product that could not be physically returned. It has been 16 days & my credit card still has not been credited. I have made dozens of phone calls & sent dozens of emails to get this resolved. All I have gotten is a bunch of lame excuses from lazy, incompetent employees (even in executive escalations). Now they tell me it will be 7-10 days! I will never purchase anything from Sam's Club again!

This place is running FRAUDULENT SCAMS and other ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. DO NOT GO HERE. REPORT ALL YOUR ACTIVITY.

We are so disappointed of how we were treated by both Sams Club employees and Sams Club third party installing company GoConfigure. Long story short we purchased the Cordova Gazebo along with the nearly $700 installation and delivery fee. Employees this day were kind and patient even though GoConfigure had them waiting on the phone to place our install order for over 20 minutes. Sams Employee and GoConfigure Employee both told us that some one from GoConfigure would contact us within 3 days to schedule our install. Well - 14... read more

On April 15th, 2022 at 1:30pm, I stopped at the Sam's Club on Lemay Ferry in South St. Louis county, MO. I had a few gas cans also to fill since I mow multiple lawns. The lady at the next pump started to go off on me that I was from Illinois and buying gas in Missouri. She said I should be buying gas in Illinois. I HAD TO UPGRADE TO THE PLUS MEMBERSHIP IN WHICH THEY SAID PURCHASES WOULD ADD ON FOR REWARDS AND CASH, ITS BEEN A YEAR AND AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS THEY ONLY HAVE 78.00 AND IT IS BEEN PENDING FOR OVER 5 MONTHS, I HAVE CALLED SO MUCH AND HAVE SEVERAL TICKETS BUT NO ONE RESOLVES ISSUE, JUST SENDS AN EMAIL WITH A SURVEY, I NEED THEM TO EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THE UPGRADE IF I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE REWARDS!!!

My account got renewed automatically without my permission. They said we signed up for it however we would have never set up auto renew as we don't like people having our card on file. They did cancel my account when asked however this still made me mad as I had moved all money in that account to another account because I was on vacation. They never recognized that it was their employee who added that not us. When I brought that to their attention they never acknowledge it just said we signed up for it. I asked for a refund from Sam's Club on a defective mattress a year after purchasing. (Collapsed, bulging springs) Sam's has an overseas department that handles Serta mattress returns. Sam's Serta department accepted the return, had the mattress picked up and agreed I am due a refund. I do have documents showing all this including tracking info showing they have the mattress. The credit card I used to buy the mattress was cancelled by me several months prior to the return. The call center folks said they would do the return ... read more

I have only shopped in store to purchase items for work, but somehow they stored my credit card information (without my authorization) in my Sam's Club profile. A few days ago they charged my card automatically, and I received an email stating that I was signed up for automatic renewal. I also never authorized that. I contacted customer service to have the charge reversed, and they tried to give me a Sam's gift card for the unauthorized charge instead of refunding my credit card.
