I returned an item and was told it would take 5-7 business days for the money to be refunded. On the 8th business day, my account had not been refunded. When I called, the person said that my refund had not been put in correctly so now it will be another 5-7 business days. It is December 21. I do not have extra. That money isn't expendable and it is very nearly Christmas. I'm sad and frustrated.

Worst place in the world to purchase tires. A few months ago one of my tires purchased from Sam's Club needed repair and due to a pending trip I urgently needed it fixed. I arrived at the Ontario, CA location first thing in the morning. The employee tells me I can only have my tires serviced with an appointment due to employees taking the day off. Are you kidding me? Sam's Club representative reported my account stolen, wiped out my old account membership after I called for a simple renewal... Now the representatives won't allow me to speak to a manager after I cried and begged for them to give me my old account back!!! I'm literally in tears because all of my receipts and history of orders since 2007 ARE GONE!!! I am total disbelief on how I am being treated. Called 5 times been on the phone for over 2 hrs trying to deal with this.

I recently filed a complaint with BBB about the lack of logistics buying online with Sans Club. A Sam's Club representative offered me a $250 gift card for the shoddy handling of an online order of $930 that I never received. They claim I was happy with this resolution. I was not. I purchased a Samsung 55" QLED TV online with a total of $930 using a debit card. I never received a confirmation email nor a tracking number. They lost the order and will not cancel the order. That is a pending charge. I can not get thru to a CSR rep by phone. Each time I call there is a hour hold wait time. I have been purchasing gas here for 2 months and my car began to stall out HORRIBLY. I called customer service and they BRUSHED ME OFF! Saying I can cancel my membership if I'm that upset about it. Terrible company, terrible service, will not return.

I will never order tires from Sam's in Fairlawn again. I order a set of tires on 11-04. They said 3 to 5 days delivery. I also purchased the install package. After 7 days and no call or emails I decided to reach out to them. Called multiple times to tire department and was disconnected both times. Called customer service with no help.
