The WORST customer service experience! I used the scan and go app to complete my purchase. After I paid, and while I waited in line to exit, my app stopped working and said I needed an update. The update was having issues, for some reason. I went and got an associate to help and the only way they would let me leave the store with my groceries is by going through the store check out line, paying again and obtaining a paper receipt. Today I had a terrible experience at Sam's Club in Pearl, MS. First, I am a regular shopper and most often I use self checkout. Today, I was second in line at self check. The lady in front of me used the hand scan on her buggy items, paid and pushed the "extra" away and took hers and left. I then moved up, scanned all my items, mostly meats and prepared to pay when a very rude customer ******* woman shoved the "extra" basket at me and demanded I move all my items into the other buggy. I signed up for internet with AT&T at Sams Club.. I was promised a $250 gift card for signing up. I was told my account with AT&T needed to be active for 30+ days and then they would send it. I still yet to get it I called August 19th they said they would send it.. I'm still waiting it's been almost 2 months. I fell ripped off and mislead plus have bo way of tracking if they even sent it. Sams club said it's AT&T and AT&T blames Sams club

When you place an order online, it should not take 3 plus weeks to arrive. Also, they boast free shipping for plus members, however many items they charge shipping on and when it's advertised on the site as on sale, they charge full price. I've been a member for almost 30 years, thinking of switching to Costco

I just saw the 1.19 star reviews. NOW I understand more about Sams. I run a business which offers Sam's items (around $2K/month purchased), and have to ask specifically for someone to check stock on items that have been out for days, only to find they show stock (which isn't there) in the system, preventing more from coming in. This should be SAMS JOB. Btw Sams, I'm going back 3 years to now, so don't "covid" this away. Inventory issues of this kind are inexcusable. I have had my Sam's Club membership since 2009. My annual membership expires next week, so I went to the Sam's Club in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Saturday, 8/28/21 to renew my membership. I have always renewed my membership at the Member Services desk in previous years without any problem. Unfortunately, that did not happen on this visit. They have HORRIBLE or non existent customer service for their online orders! You can't reach anyone who knows about the items you order, and the people in the Philippines cannot and do not have answers. All they can offer is a tracking number! That's it!!!

I needed a large Window Ac unit. I shopped around and ordered the GE 23500 Btu through my Sam's Club online. I looked for a shipping option to pick up instore even though it was free shipping (plus membership). There is no option to ship and pick up instore, so FedEx had to deliver to my house. Historically good experiences but had an experience so terrible that I'm debating going to the news. We placed an order the day before for online pick up. They had a 10-11am slot. We didn't hear anything so went during our scheduled time. We were having issues with the sams club app so I tried calling. It rang 20 minutes non stop no answer, no option to leave a message.
