Shame on Sam's Club for using Go Configure to help customers build their furniture that they buy from Sam's Club. I purchased a $1,700 dollar gazebo over a month 1/2 ago and paid a ADDITIONAL $600 dollars with Go Configure to have them build the gazebo so I could have peace of mind being a full-time worker. They scheduled the build 3 weeks away with the window of 12pm - 4pm. I requested off work to be there and when the day came, at 6PM I got a call from the contractor that they can't make it. . .I was rescheduled for the... read more

I bought new tires from Sam's because they had a good offer and we had a membership for the past 6 years. 2 1/2 weeks later my tire was vibrating so I took it in to a mechanic and he said it was so loose it could have fallen off at any time while driving. Sam's club manager said the video looked perfect and said they were not responsible for any problems. Then I find out the same wheel has more problems because it had been loose. I ordered a ez pyramid canopy from sams club online. The canopy arrived damaged so I proceeded to return it to my local Sams Club in Port Charlotte. I received a return receipt with the information and the number of the card in which I would receive my refund. 2 weeks later I received no refund so I went back to sams club and spoke with 3 different employees, all 3 were very unhelpful. They all pointed the finger at the bank and said they did their job. So guess what? I went to my bank and it in fact WAS not my bank who drop... read more

I purchased tires at Sam's club in Latham NY. I traveled there fur my appointment to have them installed only to find out there was no tech on that could do it. No call to warn me. They have me a 45 dollar gift card. Then rescheduled. I was in my way for the second appointment to get a call this time that there is no tech again. Waiting on a call back to get this resolved. Not hopeful they will make this right.

Very disappointed with Sam's Club. I placed an order online for pick up with the same 4 items that were considered an instant savings item. When I finalized the sale online for the items I was charged full price. So I went to live chat ********* )hoping to correct the charge. I was told by ******** to check with customer service at the store. I live 40 miles away. I arrived went to customer service. ***** in customer service who was superb explained that I needed to go to pickup get the 4 items I purchased online return them... read more

As a past store manager for two major retain companies, I have never seen the type of customer service that Sams on Capital of Texas Highway is giving. They do NOT answer their phone inquires. When i had other Sams stores try to help and corporate customer care tried calling they are embarrassed at not getting in. And by the way the South Park Meadows store has the wrong phone number down on their site. That number belongs to a real estate agent. I had the worst experience ever today June 12 2021 at 7:45 pm at Utica store. I been member for a long time at Sam's and loyal costumer. Today a bought my groceries and a margarita Bottle, orange flavor, that was supposed to be a gift for my friend. I paid and when I was walking out I realized that the bottle was cracked. I came back to return the bottle and when finally I was at costumer service desk the guy said you can't have money back, but you can get another bottle. I said ok. That's what I wanted. I been a sams club member for just about month , ive have been there several times with other family members buy only became a member about a month ago. My first trip as a member i bought a cheese cake and to my surprise it wasn't that good it was undercooked. I went to their twitter page an mentioned it and they contacted me almost immediately ask me for my card number and some other info and within a few days refunded me the cost of the item ..... now thats customer service something of which as of late is lacking everywhe... read more
