If I could I'd give them zero stars. I purchased my husband and I new memberships at the beginning of the year. We got two new membership numbers. We have been able to use the card, but not use the scan & go nor use our new Sams Club credit card. Why?? Because you cannot update your new card in the app or online. Why is that? When the card isn't updated you may be able to purchase in the store but not on-line. I've reached out to them on line via a chat, on the phone via customer service and no one can fix this issue. Sams in store ATnT are misleading/scamming alot of people with the phone trade-in program and the incentives of purchasing from them are not given. I was with Tmobile and was convinced that ATnT would match my monthly bill of $85 if I trade in my phones. For over a month, I was told that I had to wait til my phones were received and processed by them, which will make it too late to get out of the program and it would cost me a couple of thousand dollars if I chose to cancel. Been a sams member for almost 20 years bug I'm just done with them! I purchased a Samsung watch from sams online as a gift for a friend. The delivery date kept changing on their tracking website but it suddenly showed as delivered a day ahead of time. I called the friend to retrieve the package when she gets home but she was unable to locate it. Horrible company. Returned 3 orders worth of items. Was told all orders were refund processed on 1/16. Only have received money back for 1/3 orders. Have been waiting 5 months for a resolution, yet am told every week that they aren't sure what has happened, and need to send it to the proper team for investigation, yet never am contacted after that. My large family has each owned a membership to Sam's Club for years. We've always had the business or plus membership for the free shipping. However, Sam's Club recently changed their policy without letting members know and now you can only ship up to 10 addresses total for the entirety of the membership (this includes renewal) which I was unaware. After shipping food items to my grandparents, I now am unable to utilize the free shipping option for plus members (and it charges me per item regardless of "free plus shipping").... read more

Sometime in 2020 I paid an additional fee for a 'plus membership' and could see my 'cash rewards' balance on the app. I noticed about a month prior to my membership being set to renew that the balance turned to '0'. The Denver co club on 35th and others are false advertising their curbside pickup when placing order online tot always says today, whatever day it happens. For instance today at 10:00 am this morning I place an order. Tells me at start out can pickup today. However at check out it lets me select today. If the order contains more than 9 unique items, the member will be given the option to pick up the next day. If there are same-day slots available, membersÂwill be able to see them during checkout, mobile web and the Sam's Club app. If no slots are available for the same day, members will be shown the next available time slots.
On May 12, 2021, I went to the Chattanooga Sam's Club for some gas. I notice that parts of gas station entrance were blocked and that there were two employees, female and male, standing towards one of the entrances.
