Back in December I placed and order for my son a gaming chair. However I was shipped out a stainless steel microwave. I was beyond ******. My son gaming room was not able to be complete for Christmas. I had to call sams 3 times before fedex finally picked up the item. I was very upset because they only offered 3 month extention on my membership. This is still an inconvenience I still have to pay the membership fee after my son Christmas was runied.

Sams club is horrible. They allow people that have stolen your debit card number to make purchases repeatedly and they do nothing about it. I would have at least expected a confirmation email or something when people were purchasing $415 and $266 orders off of my card. Shame on you sams club. If you call their corporate number you will receive no help as well. Not happy..........

Sam's Club Gifts of Memberships are a fraud!!!! I purchased 9 gifts of memberships cards ONLINE after talking to someone at the Member Service Desk at my local store, that purchasing these would be the easiest way. I received the cards which I ordered directly from the Sam's Club site, I received all 9 cards with only a packing slip and no instructions so I figured I was good to go. I went to Sam's to do my monthly shopping. I went into the ladies room. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! Pieces of paper on the floor from the toilet rolls and towels. Mirrors were filled with water spots, the trash can was overflowing with towels on the floor. I was disgusted! I did complain to management and said he has someone going to take care of it. Really? We ordered 6 cases of canned goods from Sams Club online January 26th. Everything went good and check out was no problem. We are Plus members for our Business so the orders arrived promptly two days later. Upon opening the FedEx box that the can goods were shipped in I noticed that there were several badly dented cans. I Inspected the other cases and noticed several other cans badly dented it appeared someone had possibly dropped the cases because, two were torn open. I recently used the Sam's Club app to do a pick up order. I was charged for my items purchased plus another $60 dollars. I first assumed the $60 was a holding fee until after my purchase was completed. The $60 has not fallen off. I called Sam's customer service for assistance. They were unable to help. They stated their system did not show a $60 charge. So apparently their system is just able to charge whoever whenever without any record of it. I am having to dispute the charge with my bank. This is unacceptable!

We did not locate any orders. This may have been a preauthorization for the order placed on 1/27/21 and typically drops off .

Recently, my wife has been calling Sam's customer service monthly to remove a $39.00, late payment charge from our Sam's MasterCard bill. Our bank statement shows the electronic payment in full has been made by our bank and accepted by Sam's, but not posted by Sam's: well before the payment due date. Normally, the representitive understands and agrees the problem is on Sam.s end and not our end and removes the late fee charge. We purchased 3 recliners on nov 4 2020, took 1 home and 2d one was placed on back order for delivery. Today is Jan 18 2021 and we haven't r'cd the order yet. On Jan 4, 2021 the item was reordered and still hasn't been received. Supposedly the carrier lost the 1st one. I 'be spent at least 20 hrs on this issue with no end in sight. We've had 3 scheduled deliveries and 1 unverified delivery.

I purchased a tv on 10/2020 and was supposed to get a $200 giftcard. The tv came damaged and I refused it. I ordered a replacement and asked if I would still get my $20 giftcard and they said yes. It is now 01/2021 and I contacted customer service. They told me my model of tv never had that promotion and they want me to give them a screenshot as proof. First of all, who takes a screenshot of purchases they made online? Then they told me I need to research it as I have no proof!! I definitely shopped around as I knew Best Buy... read more
