I see several customer complaints are about undelivered mattress. My twin XL also did not get delivered and they claimed incomplete address. Seems to be ongoing problem. Hmm.

Ordered a trampoline from Sam's Club online and it has been the worst customer experience of my life. I can't begin to describe how unaccommodating their customer service line is. The trampoline was to be delivered in 3 different boxes. Only 1 was delivered and of course FedEx marked the item as delivered. So I called Sam's on 9/22 and told them about the missing boxes. Called 9 times over 3 days to tires/battery department. No one would answer, Went on line to set up appointment, Chose 2 times, Never got a response. Went to Sam's yesterday at 12:30pm(a time that I requested). Left my car and walked to front entrance. No one at tire desk. In preparation for post surgery recovery, I ordered 2 twin xl mattresses and a Split King adjustable frame on September 6, 2020. Expected delivery date was October 6, 2020. On September 23, 2020 I received an email from Samsclub.com my order had shipped. I called XPO yesterday (9/30/20) to see what day we could schedule the delivery. Bought a Sereta Gel Memory Foam King size Mattress in a box from Sams Club Irving, TX location. When opened at home, it had damage ( the gel leaked and became hard like rock in middle of the mattress), Took pictures and complaint at store they refunded the amount immediately but not accepting the damaged mattress. Called customer service, spoke top manager and next level but just NO HELP. I had to spend cash and arrange for trashing the damaged mattress. Went to Sam's yesterday. Almost half the people shopping in the store were not wearing mask! If this is mandated to wear masks inside businesses, why are they not enforcing it? They have a guard at the door, and he is doing nothing! I do not feel safe! I will not shop at Sam's again until this covid is over!

I ordered Thomson 7cuft freezer on 9/26/2020 and picked up from Richmond store # 6343 on 9/27/2020. My husband and I have been Sam's members for five years and have always enjoyed our shopping experience wherever we have lived. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed lately in their enforcement of government mandates issued by our governor. Today we saw many people not wearing masks while we shopped and we ended up leaving early as a result. My husband and I ordered a Reagan table set on 8/5/2020. The one delivery man came and delivered it damaged on 8/27/2020. Another shipping company called Pilot picked up the table on 9/2/2020. We still have not received our refund of $520.08. I have called customer service 5 times and always given a new reference number that it will be resolved.
