Called customer service to request renewal cards be mailed to address of record due to my broken ankle. I was told it's not possible to mail the membership card because that practice was stopped a year ago. I explained I have a broken ankle and that didn't matter. I'm very disappointed and would like my membership funds paid refunded.

Good day, We do not mail membership cards and when you renew you do not need a new card. You can always access your membership number and card on the samsclub app in your account. We hope you are on the mend.
Horrible customer and manager service. it took 3 months to get my refunds, and still have not got them all! Disgrace!!!

Been trying for 3 months to get a refund for my Serta Bed. . I followed the instructions. Every time I call I get a new person was ask me to send in the photo's of the tags again. When I show proof that I have emails them photo's. And send in the originals. After a few hold times. They tell me everything is ready and a refund will be issued. A week later. I call again. I purchased a mattress back on july of 2020 I started a return because the mattress was to stiff went tru the whole process because they weren't taking physical returns did a cut tag return sent all the info in and the tags august 18. called 3 weeks later to check on status every time I called wait time was well over a hour. every time I had called I was told it take 2-3 weeks for the refund to show on my card. Too bad minus stars aren't available. Don't bother trying to cancel your Sam's membership; they will continue removing $45 from your credit card every year for your unwanted membership, even after you tell the "NO". All you can do is file a complaint with your credit card company and wait to have the charge removed. It has happened to me for 3 years!
Was gifted a membership today and have stood in line for over 30 minutes because the sams club in Buford ga only has ONE person working in memberships .. this is absurd !

Terrible experience pre-ordering a system. As a non member, they charged $50 for a 'handling fee'. That premium price resulted in the delivery being delayed two weeks out from any other retailer. At this point, they had guaranteed shipment by the release date, and they are now back tracking that as well. My order status has not changed at all in 2 months and everything they say is a lie to cover face. Can't get through to make an appointment for my truck tires, Told to leave my # and they would get back to me. Never heard from them. 5 calls, and still can't get an appointment. Not like I candrop in as I am 50 miles away. Would not recommend them if you need service. When I bought thses tires, I was told they "couldn't get them", so I drove 200 miles to a Sam's Club that had them in stock. What kind of a system is that?
