My cc was paid on time yet they denied my card in store. I have a disabled child and spend over 15000 a year with Sam's Club. I'm switching to Costco.

Our business card with Sam's Club was stolen in Marietta Georgia. They know it was fraud, yet they never gave us our reward dollars back. We had over $170 stolen. We have been back and forth with them, mostly via email and they sent a final email saying the issue was solved because they hadn't heard from us. You can't call because they do they nothing either. So we have been emailing, they had heard from me. I have all the emails I sent them, yet they won't fix the issue. I guess when the Walmart Customer service is terrible... read more

Online order for tv is at a month and still haven't received it. It went from Texas to Tennessee over 3 weeks! Has switched shipping companies twice and have heard nothing. A friend ordered a tv from Walmart got it the next day. Ridiculous!

My experience at Sam's wholesale club I have to use one of them electric wheelchairs because I can't walk very far at a time when I was back near frozen food and I waited and waited cancel there like if wheelchair that I was in the battery went dead I was back at frozen food I've seen no employees and say that I tried calling into the store each department as well as customer service no one answered I finally tried calling the last department and that was so deli well they answered I told him what I needed somebody to bring ... read more

The Metairie location is very rude upon closing time. There is a lady that comes on the intercom 5 min. before closing warning everyone that they are closing in 5 min. and you must come to the front now to check out and security scan the area. Then repeats right before closing and at closing. I was looking at drinks when a lady yelled at me "excuse me! we are closed and you need to go to the front now." I wish I could give negative stars. We purchased a TV on Thanksgiving Day with promotion, and it was damaged, we requested for exchange and got denied! Then we requested to get price match for another TV, it's similar TV with similar price, trust me, the price on a thanksgiving day was cheaper than I requested after price match! We were not expecting a damaged TV. After arguing with them, they priced matched it but guess what! I recently signed up with Sam's per an on line promo. Cost was $45 for a year, with a bonus of $45 free groceries at the first in store purchase. I visited the Woodmen Sams - shopped for a cart full of groceries and when I presented my card did not get the $45 refund. Was directed to the Customer Service desk where I was then told it might take several days for the refund. Showed them paperwork that said it would be deducted from my first order. I purchased tires from Sam's Club online to be delivered to the Charleston, WV store. One month later, after never recieving confirmation that the tires were received, I called only to be told that only 3 or the 4 tires came in, and that they would call when the other arrived. After another month of not being contacted I called again and they said the 4 tires had been there for 2 months and were there all along. I then made an appointement to have them installed. I have had the worst freaken experience. I placed an order for a refrigerator online and a week went by and had no confirmation of the delivery date or credit card payment going through. I decided to cancel the order. Apparently you can't cancel an order until the shipping company cancels the order. Keep in mind I don't have a confirmation of a delivery date yet. The initial payment failed authorization and therefore it was manually charged, once the refund needed to take place it had to be done manually as well.
