Is it possible to give negative stars? I absolutely would give negative stars if that is a possibility. The ******* NY store, Club # ***** customer service, is certainly one of a kind. Buyer beware, if you are using curbside pickup, you may not receive all your items, especially if it is a pair of Airpods Pro. It is impossible to talk to the store manager, Jeff. BEWARE OF ON-LINE PURCHASES. Funds in your bank acct are immediately incumbered when you make an on-line purchase. Even if you do not receive your order for more than 2 months their process to release your funds is long and difficult. SAM'S CLUB is able to earn interest on your funds for an unnecessarily extended period and make you jump through hoops to find your merchandise and or get a refund.

I was a member for years, not anymore. They have the worst customer service of any company i have ever dealt with. They use foreign countries for customer service and have no authority to do anything on high ticket priced items and are a bunch of lying **** *******
I placed an order online for a tv on cyber Monday. Order came in very quickly which was great but the tv screen once plugged in, was shattered. We noticed when we opened it looked odd but once plugged in the tv was shattered. The replacement comes in... exact same thing. I received in the mail a promotion about becoming a member for $45 and getting a $45 back in my first purchase after 72 hours of membership. I went to the store in Bloomington, MN and had the worst experience in my life as a customer. This place is so bad that I canceled my membership after my second purchasing experience. The facade at the front door of cleaning the carts is for image only. Sam's Club refuses to enforce mask wearing of its customers and pretty much just avoids any type of responsibility in that area. I shop there every 2 weeks and spend between $200-$300, but that may have to change. Six people with no masks and another 6 with masks on there chin. Thank you for your feedback. We sanitize all of our carts between shopper sand do require masks. There are some folks, due to medical issues that are unable to wear them. The health and safety of our members is our utmost concern.
on Dec. 5,2020 my fiance and i had gone to west mifflin PA sam's club in search of a ring. while there was a sign on the jewlery counter stating no trying on jewlery, after speaking to a manager she understood my point of view...if i'm spending $2,000.00 I'd like to see how it looks on my hand. She simply wiped the ring off with an alcohol swab before and after i tried it on. Then on Dec, 6,2020 we went to washington PA sams club...where they were extremely ignorant. They have changed their Plus membership. They usedto have free shipping with the Plus membership, but now they have a per item shipped price and a pick up price. So really there isn't free shipping at Sams, it is a scam.

We offer free shipping for pur Plus members on many items. If you are not completely satisfied with the plus membership you can get a refund at your local club.
Ordered a TV online during a sale and scheduled a pickup for 2 days later as there was no available pickup times the next day. I got an email from the store the next day saying that they canceled my order because instead of setting my order aside they sold all of the ones they had in stock and we were out of luck with our order even though it was already placed. Customer service was no help and there were no steps taken to resolve this issue
