I shop at the Sam's Club in Hiram, Georgia. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Customer Service is great at processing refunds. Most of my experiences shopping instore and online have been positive. Shopping was a bit frustrating at the start of the pandemic but Sam's managed to pull it all together and continues to improve. My mother went to Sam's Club in Glen Carbon IL 62034 to purchased some items. As she proceeded to exit the build just like other customers, a exist staff not only checked her receipt they also opened her boxes!! Why in the world would the staff open her boxed item that was sold in a boxed packaging. None of the other existing customers were treated that way!!! I have been dealing with issues with Sams Club Online for 5 months. I have spent over 40 hours talking to many different individuals about orders I paid for online but was charged a higher amount on two transactions for one order overall. Knowone at Sams Club online or the store can resolve my issue. I did not receive all the items that I ordered but was charged for them. Attempted to contact member by phone number we have on record and was prompted to leave a voicemail. Have also followed up via e-mail requesting a good call back number as well as time of day in which to be contacted.
I am very angry that after 20+ years of a business membership, they have discontinued the business membership without notice! I wasn't told until after I paid my yearly fee!!! As soon as year is over I will never renew again!

Hi Carrie, We discontinued the business membership over three years ago and had sent emails and had signage in the clubs as well. We also extended the business hours for a year and a half after the business memberships ended to give our members time to adjust.
Nightmare returning items to Sam's Club. I ordered online. Spent 40 minutes unsuccessfully trying to return items at a store. Couldn't do return online. Had to call. That was another 20 minutes. Then I had to repackage, label and drive to fed ex. I am skeptical that I will actually see a refund on my credit card. This makes no sense. Target would NEVER do this to a customer. I guess I'll be joining Costco.

We are so sorry that you had difficulty returning at the club. When you purchase online, if it is initiated at an online return the club cannot do the refund. we see that the order is on its way back and as soon as it is received the refund will post to your account.
#Samsclub so disappointed in their lack of customer service, inability to resolve an issue much less acknowledge me or the issue. My mattress got lost. No refund available. A neighbor a week later in apartment on other end of complex had it randomly delivered to his door. My two chairs did not match when they came but they are going to pick one up and refund. Being elderly on fixed income I felt very hopeless last week but this week I feel better. My previous two negative reviews are now amended. Thank you Sam's Club.

Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a mattress and boxspring set on August 1, 2020 with a delivery date of August 28th. That was delayed....ok, COVID-19....I get it. Since then, the date has been changed 4 times with no warning! It is now October 10th. Still no mattress and I'm on the couch as I believed the last delivery Promised!
