The 1250 Airport Blvd Pensacola, FL 32504-8610 Has got to be the most poorly run Sams in the country or maybe this is just business as usual for all Sams locations. Today for the second time in 2 months a cashier charged my groceries to my Sams Credit Card. Both times I spent over one hour waiting for customer service to refund each item on my nearly 50 item grocery list to my Sams Card then another 30 minutes waiting for them to re-ring my entire basket of groceries.
