Sam's refuses to cancel my membership and keeps billing me for services that I do not want!!!! Customer service tells me they can do nothing about it and transfers me to "customer retention" who does not answer after waiting 30 minutes. This is criminal to keep auto-billing people and refuse to cancel them!!!

I think their customer service is HORRIBLE. I went in to purchase a ring that I had waited until my birthday to purchase, as I would have a friend here with me as well, and wouldn't have to leave the store alone with such an expensive purchase (for some of us, $1649.00). I entered the store wearing a mask and gloves asked an associate to see the ring. I'd picked the ring up out of the holder and the associate quickly tells me that I am not allowed to try it on. We have been weekly Sam's Club shoppers for almost 16 years and normally write a check for $200 -$300 each week. Yesterday we wanted to buy a new TV along with our weekly shopping. Our check was declined because the amount was larger than normal. I was given a phone number to call TeleCheck and discuss the issue with them. After all but giving them my blood, they verified the check was declined because of the larger amount. Terrible way to treat customers. I can't believe a company like Sams has a membership trap on internet! Forces you to purchase both memberships! This is un acceptable. I cannot do business with this business.

Curbside pick-up service is terrible. Waited 30 minutes and finally cancelled the order. The app hasn't been functional both times we've attempted to use this service. No store employees check on customers in the parking slots. Had to go into the store both times to get someone to help. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. We won't be back a third time.

I placed an order for curbside pickup and inadvertently scheduled it for the wrong day. I showed up a day early. When I realized the mistake I went inside to cancel the curbside order and just pick up the things I needed in the store. When I went to customer service, the rep was too busy talking to the security guard to notice someone in line so I waited several minutes. I am really frustrated with the Online order on a laptop that I have attempted to purchase twice now and where sams club cancelled both times for no reason! I have called at least 10 times in the last few days and have spoken to at least 8 customer service reps as well as 3 supervisors. What a joke customer service is was on line for over twenty minutes with someone who could not listen and was not very fluent in English. He could not help! I ask for a supervisor and after waiting for quite some time my call was routed to Fed Ex which had nothing to do with my call. I signed up for the Sam's Plus to get free shipping and until today that was the case. Today they want to charge $6.98 for shipping when in the past I have not paid shipping on same order. Buyer beware!
