Sams Club is a big mess. I ordered a mattress through them back on 6/7. At purchase, they did disclose it would be about 3 weeks for delivery. At the 3 week mark, they contacted me via email to inform about a delay. Figured this was the new normal since Covid. The new delivery date would be 8/10. Well, that never happened. We placed and order on July 20th, 2020 for a 6 piece sectional and a 3 piece furniture set online for a instant savings. The day before the 3 piece set was to be delivered, I checked the tracking on it to find out it was cancelled by Sam's. I call right away and was told that the reason it was cancelled was because it was damaged in the warehouse and a new set was going to be shipped to me. Hate how Sam's is if you don't have a plus membership your not allowed to come in? Like seriously? Right now that we have the virus and a hurricane is coming and most people don't have jobs and we have the normal membership and they tell me to upgrade? Which is more money!!! That's ridiculous!! Bought a IPhone 11 through sams, with a promotion they run that you received $300 sams gift card. Never received the gift card so called and received half. Now these idiots are putting me through a run around for over 4 months for the other half! I am sick of being told to contact this person, then they tell me to contact another person. Rarely use my membership anyway. Just use it for gasoline since it's near my home. Was denied entry into Sam's Club this morning and told to come back at 10 am because I don't have a Premium membership. So ridiculous. There are literally hundreds of people shopping in Sam's Club and I'm turned away. I PAY to shop there and they deny me entry.

I was delivered flowers from a friend thru Fed Ex today and they were destroyed. I called Sams 888 number and I read every single number on the box and was told they couldn't pull up the order. And that they do not track the FED EX deliveries. I asked for a supervisor. On hold 10 minutes- I was told there is no supervisor and that now they have the order number (hmmm how?) but can't replace them without calling the person who ordered them to get permission? Why???? Worst customer service. Received a damaged dinning table set. Called customer service 5 times from past 7 business days. Every time i was given a new reference number, i was told that the previous reference number was not sent to right department and assured me this time it will be sent to right department - back office - They will call me and give the refund. But nothing happens.

Ordered online 3 separate times in 3 weeks and each time the order was cancelled. No communication from them. I called for status update since they hadn't been shipped. Each time I got the excuse of Covid, they're working from home or they'll escalate the issue & have the "back office" email me in 72 hrs. NEVER an email or phone call. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM SAM'S CLUB!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Highly unprofessional. Ordered stuff through them and 11 days after scheduled delivery date (3 weeks after placing order), I have not received item. I have also called customer service 5 times and have received same response: 'We have forwarded your request to back office and they will contact you in 24 - 48 hours. I personally will see to it that they reach out to you'. No response from back office, tried to cancel my order after 3 weeks, still not sure if they have cancelled it or not.
