My wife canceled membership over a year ago when we were charged for renewal when we did not want to renew. They said the canceled it. Fast forward to last Monday, July 10th and we were charged again for membership of $110. Wife gets on the phone and demands a refund. After a long conversation Sam's agrees to refund for the last two charges totalling $220. They said refund will take 5-7 business days to show on our account. 7 business days later, today they CHARGE us $220 instead if refunding us. Total if $330 in charges. I'... read more

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the tire Department at Sam's Club, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish I encountered attitude amongst the employees, everything went wrong, leaving me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied as I was given my lug nut in my hands not acknowledging that they conducted negligence when doing the labor on the 2 tires I bought. In Texarkana Sams there is no unsweet tea but 3 kinds of sweet tea. Sam's makes money off the obesity epidemic and is contributing to it by this type of behavior. Even Walmart had only a single 4-pack of unsweet tea and it cost more than sweet tea. I feel the FDA or AG should look into this.

On 7/2/23, I placed an online order on the SAM'S Club website for pickup between 1pm-2pm on 7/4/23. The items were shown available for pickup and my order was processed and confirmed. I found my order was cancelled on 7/4/23 on the date of pick up with no explanation. On 7/2/23 I visited the store to place a catering order for 40 pinwheel sandwiches to pick up on 7/4/23 between 1-2pm for a party that evening. My family and I shop here regularly. The employees are super friendly and it’s nice to see their familiar faces and kind smiles each time we go in. Unfortunately, no matter how much of a regular customer I am, today I realized I’m not a “valued” customer. I’m just another dollar. I purchased over $200 in groceries for my family. Hello I went to Sam’s Club on 6/29/23 to place a cupcake order. The young lady went to the back to get someone to help me. The person that worked in the bakery, instead of getting my order, she walked past me and went on break. The young lady said “did she not get your order” I told her no. She said well she’s the only one we have no one else. Being a disabled Vietnam veteran on a fixed income and I use Sam's club for their prices. Yeterday Sam's club deducted $50.00 for a membership renewal that I kew nothing about. My wife and I have been members for years with the basic membership and have never paid a renewal fee. How come I wasn't informed about this? As of today my bank account is overdrawn because of this charge. I have never overdrawn a bank account in my life until now.

We have enjoyed shopping at sam's club for over 15 years, but I would like to no why sam's club has stopped caring Dale's seasoning in the 1 Gallon container anymore.its summer time again and time for cookouts, and we're not the only family that likes to purchase this item at Sam's club.

Some of the items were correctly delivered to my address, but many of them were delivered to the wrong address. The pictures from FedEx delivery are not of my home and I do not have a gated fence as one of the notes on the delivery tracking states. I have diligently followed the steps recommended by your representatives during my interactions with them, and I have been patient and understanding throughout the process.
