Complete BS. Missed appointment, damaged paint, broken clips, and poor installation. Tech is a no show between scheduled window between 8am and 12pm. I call customer service at 12:15 and ask for estimated time of arrival. Support rep can't get ahold of the tech via phone. Rep calls shop and they can't get ahold of him either. Support rep tells me that the shop will call me back in a few minutes. I wait two hours, no call. I call support again and convince them to connect me to shop. Brought my new forester to have windshield replaced in May of 2022. My car was at the shop for 1 hour before i got a call from the manager stating the technician started cutting my windshield out only to realize they 1. did not have the correct windshield to put in my can and 2. that the drive safe cameras were mounted to the windshield. The manager ****** admitted the technician could have damaged my cameras. When i picked up my vehicle there was broken pieces of plastic everywhere inside my car. Awful. Called me 15 mins before My appt that I had made weeks in advance and said they don't have my part. They said it wasn't their fault. Total waste of gas and my day off from work. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INCOMPENTENT BUSINESS.
Crack in Windshield Allstate connected me with Safelite. I was told I would get the same glass as ***. The glass was installed. I then noticed there was a distortion and the calibration was off. I called Allstate and was again transferred to Safelite. Safelite indicted that I did not get *** glass. They indicated if I wanted it replaced by *** glass there *** be a $420 charge. Safelight scheduled the glass repair for 7 days out, then cancelled it and rescheduled for another 7days. Safelight called one hour after they were to arrive and said we need to schedule 7 days out. I would not use safelight as the are not reliable to their commitments.
Absolutely no. I really had no idea something like this could even happen. I was moving from ******* to **********, staying at hotel for a few weeks before setting out on my trip, and needed to replace an ever growing a crack in windshield. I had most meaningful possessions that I could carry with me, neatly packed in boxes, in my Lexus suv. Terrible experience!!! Safelite was contracted by my insurance company to replace the windshield in my vehicle. I am very disappointed with the service I received, as they totally disregarded damaging my Auto Start Device which was in perfect working order as I used it earlier that same morning. In fact, the company takes no responsibility for their technician's actions. They also tried to make me feel like I did something wrong because I complained and wanted my Device fixed and/or replaced. The technician damaged my Device... read more
Safelite AutoGlass at ********************************************************* Provided not a greatest service, reception works slow and technicians are not the best for sure.They broke my Tesla's self driving sensor and it's cover. Scratches all over all parts that they were working on. I do not recommend this company. ****** was terrible and rude while dealing with this situation.
Company need to get rid of eight hundred, eight hundred two seven two seven & eight seven seven four six five five two two four. Follow prompts and can not connect to a live agent..... and BB this in not personal information it is posted on their web site which is public information.
