Had an appointment to have windshield changed. Called 3 times to make sure they were coming. At 5pm, technician ***** calls and says he isn't coming. Why is it fine they wasted my entire day and I still don't have a windshield? Boycott Safelite!!

Set up appointment, company then send email the day the appointment scheduled for and states we are still awaiting the glass from the **** Three days later, company sends email to say call to reschedule, so I just replied to the email, for a date and time. No response back. Two more emails sent back to them, no response. Dont do business with them. You actually cant contact them anyways. Terrible, Awful experience! Not even sure where to start, but here goes. Safelite was contracted by my insurance company to replace the windshield in my car. I arranged my work schedule to fit the schedule of when the technician was to come to my house. A couple hours before my appointment, I get a voicemail from ***** that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because my windshield came in damaged. Ok, c*** happens no big deal. This company does not have good service, they just came to replace the glass in my car and ended up damaging it, they have worked three different technicians and the damage has not been resolved, when I was angry they sent me to the sling workshop to make an estimate for the damage and they did not become responsible, they also put the glass wrong and it was a ***********, a sling professional checked it out and saw the error, I tried to solve this problem and they say they can't do anything else, and my car is still damaged

Tech broke my mirror housing and a manager was supposed to come and look at it. Instead they sent the same tech that broke it, who stated he say no damage. Well naturally he would say that. So it will get fixed at ******** and a claim filed against safelite.

I have been trying to get a refund for terrible service. My windshield is still broken. I've contacted support via the webpage. The guy says he cannot help me do anything, he can just tell me where to go. He says to contact customer support. I call the number go through the automated process (you'll love doing that btw)! The automated support tells me there is no one available to help me, I should go to the website, and then it hangs up the call! I've called 5 times. My windshield got broke by a flying rock from the road on 5/7/22. Called numerous times at the *********************************************************************************** answered the phone. Went then to Safelite's website and left an email message on that same day. I received an email from them on 5/11 where I was given an appointment for 5/16 to drop off the car early morning. My vehicle failed an inspection because of a cracked windshield. Allstate scheduled an appointment with Safelite NINE days later. The day before the appointment, Safelite send an email reminder about the appointment. The same day as the appointment, they abruptly canceled the appointment via text without even an explanation. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My Lexus RX350 windshield was cracked on the highway. I told Safelite day 1 I wanted an *** windshield. Today they approved Lexus calibration rate and labor but said if I used an *** windshield my portion of the job was $1,353.00. How is that possible when the *** windshield is $1,102.43?
