I had them out today for the first application of my quarterly service contract. The technician, Jim, was very accommodating and thorough in spraying both the inside and outside of my home.
Mr. Steve Davis came out today for our annual termite inspection...everything checked out as he is always so courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. We have been with Russell's for many years and have always been pleased. Thank you, Steve and the office staff.
Today Jonathan McGill came out and did our service at Tennessee Automatic Sprinkler, Inc. It was the first time he had been to our location. He was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for great service!!!
My annual termite inspection by Russell's Pest Control was just completed by technician Steve Davis who obviously knew what he was doing. His inspection was thorough and his findings were communicated to me. Highly recommend Steve and Russell's Pest Control.
Russell's Pest Control has done an excellent job for us on our log cabin for a number of years. Steve Davis has been to our place a number of times through the years and takes the time to make sure that not only every thing gets checked but takes the time to answer our questions as well. Jim arrived at the house a couple of minutes early. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and effective. He got the job done quickly, then was on his way with very little disruption to the household.

Russell's Pest control has done an outstanding job at our two cabins. We were so happy with the service that we decided to also have our home sprayed each month. Jim was our technician for our initial start up. He was prompt, explained what he was doing and why. The service techs that also spray the cabins do a fantastic job and will go and re-spray if there is ever an issue. Stacy is also great at setting up appointments.
