Annual termite inspection revealed several stations missing after drainwork was completed earlier this spring. Tony Ritch came out this morning to re-install 12 missing stations. (I had no idea they were even missing!) Very polite, helpful and efficient....completed in less than an hour. Thanks Tony!
I am very pleased with my service if I see any problems they always send out my technician. She always does a very good job.
Tim came out to do a carpenter bee and termite treatment and I was so disappointed.......that he's not my regular technician :) He was so thorough, so polite and really went out of his way to explain what he was doing (since it wasn't a regular treatment). He offered suggestions on how to deal with my continuing carpenter bee issue and even gave me a great suggestion for covering the holes that wouldn't cause further damage to my home if we had bees tunnel out next year. The team at Russell's, including Jim and Dwayne, has done a fantastic job for us for years. The seasonal and perimeter control is well worth the investment, and makes our outdoor environment much more pleasant, especially in the spring and summer! Great work!
