As part of the HOA's annual termite inspection, Tim Williams has inspected my home a couple of times, including the 2017 inspection today. Tim is very courteous and thorough. Kudos to Tim and all the technicians at Russell's.
Brian Farnham came to do our service today. He was very personable and made sure to walk me through what he was going to do. We have been having problems with yellow jackets and fire ants. Brian made sure to treat every spot I told him about and even found a couple spots I wasn't aware of. Overall a great experience.

Brian Farnham was our tech and he was super great! He provided details on treatments he was using and also went thru different product options available to us. He was very sweet to our pets and even went into details about what was safe for what pet, our house is pretty much like a zoo :) the fact that he took this extra time to make sure that our pets were not affected by the treatments is an A+ in my book. Steve Davis was our technician from Russell's pest control. We just bought a home and first consulted with a major company that we though would be more reliable. Wrong! Russell's Pest Control was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier. Steve arrived very promptly, Was extremely nice, very professional. Steve took his time, making sure he did a through job and did not mind answering questions and concerns. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company and will always request Steve.
