I have been their customer for about 16 yrs now. It is an extremely well run business. The technicians are always well informed and happy to share their knowledge and answer all your questions. Tim Williams has been most helpful to us. They always will make a service call for a problem that might present itself between regular visits. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with.
I’ve lived in this home for 22 years and have only used Russell’s. They are always professional and thorough. Today Cole explained everything about his service to me and addressed my concerns. If I ever have an issue at anytime all it takes is a phone call and they’ll be here promptly. I’m very happy with their service.
