Very friendly and excellent team work. Fast and professional service to our special needs. We contacted Russell's about a problem we were having with Yellow Jackets and Wasps. Since I am highly allergic to Wasps, a serviceman was sent to our house within 24 hours of our call. Now that's what I call dedication to customer service. Russell's has earned a lifetime customer.
