Our technician was very professional and very thorough. He answered all my questions regarding the seasonal misting for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks. I was concerned since we have pets. Highly recommend!
Russell's Pest Technician, Dewayne is great. He inspected my Sentricon system and the inside and outside of my home to be sure they was not a problem anywhere. He is very friendly and professional. I recommend Russell's Pest Control to everyone.
Brad came and explained all he would be doing today and professionally completed the task. Maybe not the cheapest but would recommend Russell’s pest.
A minor mistake in scheduling on their admitted part. They double booked a technician, which although aggravating was not beyond repair. When trying to correct it and figure out what happened I was yelled at and hung up on twice. I do have friends that use them and are pleased. If you can get them to show up for their SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED appointments they CAN be proffesional. Better hope nothing goes wrong though. Customer service is NON EXISTENT.
