The whole process to set up service was very easy to do on-line. Brian the service guy was very friendly professional and absolutely knew everything about pest-control. He cleared spiderwebs from around the house and even found a nest of bees which he disposed of quickly. I received information about pest control from Brian and understand what Russell’s pest control will do. I don’t know why any one else would go with another pest control service.
We are new to the area and found Russell’s online. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Brian Farnham was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable when discussing my concerns. He kept in mind that we have small children and an indoor/outdoor cat. My youngest child was home with me as Brian was working and he was sure to tell me how long to stay away from the spray he was using, etc for my child’s safety. I appreciate his help and his concern to keep us safe.
Russell's has always been good to us. Today was an even better experience!!! Rick Ingram came to our house to do the normal pest control stuff and went above and beyond helping me try top identify what was messing up our lawn. He also spent almost an hour just getting the cob webs off of our windows and checking out the crawl space. I highly suggest using Russell's and if you get to ask for a technician ask for Rick Ingram!!!! Rick thank you for all your work today!!! You are much appreciated!!!!!!
They are very professional and have done a wonderful job. No problems since we started our contract with them. Love it.
RecommendedWe have a heavily wooded lot and get some fairly big spiders this time of year, and often times, in hard to reach places! We previously had problems w/ an aggressive hornet type nesting around the house during two consecutive summers, as well. Since Russell’s has been treating our property, we’ve had very little issues, if any, with either. I love the fact that they do a perimeter sweep too and get rid of outdoor (around the house) spider webs!! 🙌🏻
Brian just finished our inaugural inspection and service. Nice guy, attentive to detail, so thankful to have found your company.
Very accomadating and explains their procedures, have not seen any little critters ( flees ,or spiders, and that's a good thing.) If running a little behind they call and explain why.
Brian Farnham came out to do our initial service. Called to let us know when he would be here and was friendly and professional. Pricing is fair and they actually show up!
I have no spiders, ants or other bugs. Couldn't be happier with their service.
