I was listened to and there was an immediate response to my problem. I had an immediate visit to our home with a thorough inspection along with a well laid out plan. we feel great about the price and the plan. They listened to our concerns and worked with our timeline.
Our technician Steve is always knowledgeable, courteous, and goes above and beyond with each service call. Last year he noticed a problem in our crawl space and called personally to let us know. Have never had any problems with their services.
These people are amazing. I received an email telling me they had done our outside service. Went into the kitchen and noticed those pesky tiny ants milling around. I wondered if their outside spray may have disturbed a nest. I emailed them back and asked them about it then I had to leave the house run errands. By the time I got home from running errands, they had been back to my place and treated for the ants! Wow! And it was effective too. Can’t beat that type of service. Thank you Russell’s!
