RecommendedWe have been quite impressed with the service this company provides. Randy is our technician, and he is friendly and helpful when he comes out to check our property. We are concerned mainly about termites, but he also helped us with some fire ants this year. Randy takes his time, explains what he's doing, and answers our questions. He is knowledgeable and cares about his clients! Honestly, everyone we have talked to at their office has also been polite and professional! We enjoy working with them!

RecommendedService provided is excellent, and when there is a problem, such as with small pesky ants, Randy and the others don't quit until the culprits are gone. Annual inspections are very thorough and Russel's has our trust!
