We moved to East Tennessee in 2014, never owned a home with a basement, and never had a termite inspection. Randy was super thorough both inside and outside, respectful of our floors (wore disposable booties over his shoes), and told us about possible signs of infestations after we had a small shower leak in our basement. Our technician is Michael Hill. He was very professional and very thorough. He checked all the areas of our home, as well as all the Sentricon stations. We have dealt with Russell's Pest Control at our home and with City of Knoxville housing rehabilitation projects since 1984 and have consistently been very pleased.
Steve came out to my house, he was so nice even though it was so early in the morning it was nice to see his smiling face. He was extremely professional, told me everything he was doing and tried not to take up much of my time.
