Excellent service and price! I called a competitor and got a "one-size-fits-all" type of response. When I wanted service that was more in line with my needs, the competitor told me it would void the guarantee. So I contacted Russell's and have been more than happy with everything they do. Very personal service and a very personable staff. And they are local folks! Gotta love it.
We called Russell's following a trace of termites. Sid came out for the inspection and checked for damage and found very little since we caught it early. Jim and Tim showed up promptly as scheduled and could not have been any nicer or more professional. All questions and concerns were handled fully and I'm totally happy with our new service. Great job Russell's!

Have been customers of Russell's since 1985 and totally happy, satisfied with all services they provide that we have needed. Most current service rep was Sherry, she was very through in servicing all areas of house. Can honestly say in all these years we haven't a single problem with Russell's or their service reps.
