Well today we had the Sentricon System installed for protection against Termites ,Jim was a very informative Representative .I could tell he knew what he was doing .( Hard to find these type of people) ,very friendly ,Courteous ,Would recommend this Company . Thank you very much Jim .Good Job !

We have used Russel's since we purchased our home in 2003. All of their technicians have been professional, courteous and helpful. A few days ago they were hear for the annual inspection when it was 93 degrees. In spite of the temperature, they replaced 4 baits in stations and installed a new station, all of which took extra time. We will continue to use them as long as we own our home.
Just had Russell's put 32 termite stick in ground. Steve Davis did a great job. Give him $10 walmart card.

We have used Russell's for a lot of years and have always been beyond satisfied. The Tech Sherry came out recently and was very nice and thorough as well as knowledgable. Our usual tech Wayne has always been the same way. No complaints here.
I had the best service from Russell's pest control. The technician Jim, was friendly and very polite. He did a great job treating the house, and explained everything to me! Would highly recommend them.
We have had Russell's Pest Control service our home for years and have been very happy with all the service personnel that have treated our home. Always courteous, always concerned about neatness when entering the house, and always willing to try to solve any pest issues that occur. We first contacted them due to an invasion of tiny ants into the house that came off a flowering vine that reached the roof allowing easy access into the roof.
We purchased our home here in Knoxville, TN in 1997 and have been serviced by Russell's Pest Control since day one. They have always been very professional and have kept our home free of Termites. Over the years we have had several representatives and all have been courteous and professional. Today we were served by Tim Williams who was no exception as he did all the things he was there to do and explained it as i followed along. Good job Russel's. Ray & Alice Cooper
