Mark Peck did a great job. He explained everything that he was doing and how the various applications would address certain insects. Very thorough and exceeded expectations.

Their personnel in the field and in the office could not be more pleasant/helpful and genuinely care about solving any problems we might have; answer our questions quickly and thoroughly; and work with our ever changing schedules! Russell's has been providing my termite protection since I purchased my house 8 years ago. They are always prompt and notify me when they will arrive, early or late. Russell's just finished their summer pest control for the house. Here's looking to a summer without bugs!

These people were supper friendly from the lady that answered the phone to the saleslady to the technician that sprayed my home.The tech took the time to explain what he was spraying and what to expect and answered all my question. Just supper people with a supper product .
