If you want someone that is very reasonable, need to call Roy. He goes out of his way to give you good quality work and backs up his products. He goes into detail of what he did and shows you how to work everything. I had him put in a heater and air unit together and I am very happy. Thanks Roy
If you have a heating and air problem don't hesitate to call Roy. Not only is his prices reasonable and almost half the cost as the bigger names out there he does excellent work. He also talks to you like a person. I recommend him 110%
Just call him. I cannot recommend him enough-- he went above and beyond. So thankful to have gotten it right the first time by calling him!
I don't usually write these, but this company deserves it. Roy was the only company to offer options for repair or replacement. All the others said unit could not be repaired. He offered two repair options and a total replacement. If you want to be treated right call Roy.
I am here to let consumers know how genuine Roy is. He does not overcharge and tell you things that need to be fixed and or exchange when there is no need. I have dealt with a number of heating and air companies and Roy Rogers Heating and Air really go the distance to make you a repeat customer with on-time, quality respectable service. Truly great service my air went out at the worst time of year and I had no idea who to call when I called Roy was very professional and scheduled me right away assured me he would take care of it. He came one day early as well. He put a new part on my air conditioner that is over 10 years old. Very fair price. I was truly grateful for such good service and price.

I went with Roy after reading a lot of the past reviews. He took care of the issues with my 8 year old heat pump, leaking coil outside. House is nice and cool again.....he will be coming back twice a year now for follow up, best thing to do to make sure everything is working correctly
I want to say thank you for such great service. We will be calling you for all our service needs. You could have done like another company did and try to get us to pay tons for a repair we didn't need. Instead you pointed out a lever that was partially shut off and that took care of our problem. See you in the spring for a tune up and thanks again!
